If I could give 0 stars I would. They were referred to us by a trusted person we have worked with in the past. From the very beginning this company had no respect for our property making unnecessary holes in our walls and taking out lights without asking to put in the return. The unit was installed in the winter and when it came time to turn on the ac in the spring it didn't cool. They came out to put refrigerant in the line after several follow ups. On May 25th the unit quit working due to a bad coil. We called several times with no response. A well known trusted company told me they would not touch the work completed at this property so now I am stuck trying to find someone to fix the unit. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to reach them. We spent $5358.38 and we will be taking legal action against this company if they continue to ignore our calls/texts.

I had a very poor experience. Bottom line is that they installed a unit that does not cool my home less than 80 degrees. They either ignore or commit to making a service visit, but never show to rectify the problem. They are unprofessional and do not care about customers. They were quick to "install" and collect payment, but could care less about resolving issues that they caused at install. They left the gas line from the unit hanging out and disconnected, which means no heater for us. They created a makeshift return and left it without a vent cover. They also left their entire mess of the old unit in our backyard. 3 months later and they still have yet to resolve their bad work. Stay away from this business.
