I recommend you do not hire this guy. We put a $5000.00 refundable deposit and have tried for 5 months to get it back. He has told us it’s in the mail numerous times and now he won’t return our calls.

He still did not finish my project and now is not returning my calls. He started late spring, it's the end of October. At the beginning of the project, he'd disappear for weeks, then would come in for a few hours and work a little bit. Then he'd ask for more money. After receiving the money he'd disappear again. He appears to be very nice, but his word means nothing. He promises to show up for work on a certain day, then he stops responding. Then he promises to come back on a different day - and does not show. He tells you a date when the project will be finished - and it's all a lie. He lies and lies and lies. If you are in my situation - call some attorneys who deal with the breach of contract. Most can provide you a free first consultation. Learn your options. Good luck!
