We had Dan do our whole house. New roof, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. This was all completed in the time frame given to us and reasonably priced. Thank you for making our house look like new again, we will definitely call again for any future work.we might have.

My experience with Dan Brewer construction was not a very good one. The first day at my home after 30 minutes he started to yell that he couldn't do what I ask for. After some discussion it would take 2 to 3 days over bid,but could do it for more money we agreed. He then did it in the 1 day he originally quoted me. I let it go just happy to get it done. He then moved to the second project new porch post and deck. He was to sandwich the old porch header with 2 2x6 when he finished only 1 of the 3 2x6 were touching the post. I asked him to fix it he refused and began yell again and told me it was his job not mine. Cost a large amount money for a 1 day and 5 hours work.

I got Dan to reshingle my roof for the most part it was pretty good for the worst part the flashing around the chimney when Dan took the old shingles off he bent the flashing and didn’t replace The flashing New shingles do not lay flat there turned up I had a 2 foot overhang small roof above the garage door shingled tore off the shingles screwed up the flashing didn’t replace it The flashing that is
He also did my chimney new cement on the top restock the mortar joints said he would probably do 95% of them why not at all I don’t know That turned out to be a mess cement dust on shingles run down the chimney didn’t come back and finish the job call Dan And ask him if you was going to come back and finish the chimney no show Dan I would say jack of all trades master of none

Dan, is very professional, fast, thorough, and clean. I had Dan repair some shingles on our roof after a wind storm, he is very skilled at what he does. Took great care to make sure everything was done correctly. Very impressed with all he has done. I highly recommend him, for all you construction needs. If you’re not using him for his talents, professionalism, skill, you’re missing out. You should definitely, hire him.
