We contracted Mike Dark Construction for a reconstruction project at the back of our building at 315 Main St. He and his Team did a remarkable job. I highly encourage you to come through the alley and take a look. It's an eye opener. They removed the old stairs and upper walkway. Removed and replaced the old broken up parking area. Had to remove and replace an exterior door and three windows which uncovered a multitude of prior shoddy workmanship that led to the rebuilding of two walls. They added a beautiful deck up above for our tenants and built a stunning set of stairs and railings that should set the standard for building owners throughout the Cedar Falls Downtown District.
This is a Company of great integrity, talent and ideas. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty, trust, quality and an outstanding end product.
