I hire Darold for some furnace work and it took him 3 visits to rectify the problem, THe last invoice for his final visit he charged me over 280$ for a part you could get on amazon for $27.When I questioned him about the disparity of the price he said quite rudely" You haVE HEAT, DONT YOU? If he doesnt want to talk to you he speaks nearly unintelligibly on purpose. We will never allow him on our premises again. Take home message :Always check his prices on parts,and if you cant converse with someone, thats a big tell.
