Brian came to the house 4-12-18 to gather info to write estimates for 2 decks both with roofs. He said he would have them together the first of the next week. Hadn't heard anything by the middle of the week so called him and left a voice message asking if he could call us with an update when we could expect something on the estimates. the first of the following week I again called the office and spoke with an associate who said they see Brian the next day and relay a message to call us. Didn't hear back so I called again a couple of days later when the office first opened for the day and reached Brian. He said he didn't know I had left any messages and was going to work on them and get back in a couple of days. Still waiting to hear and it's been a month. Obviously Brian doesn't need the business but I wonder what the rest of the employees would think? I would not recommend Brian or his business to anyone else!
