Bad experience. This man works with fraudulent home warranty companies charging them $100 just to give an estimate of the repairs, then the company (Select Home Warranty) denies the claim but charges the $100 to the clients when policies are cancelled. Mr. Estep charged $45 to the customer then billed the insurance company another $55 for a total of $100 just to drive across the street to give an estimate. Do not waste your money.
