Bad overall. No communication, did not complete project, lied about timeline, used sub standard parts. after final payment he did not finish. Many other customers in same situation. STAY AWAY!

Do not trust Darrell James the owner of the company. He used to go by Flamingo pools. Back in 2016 I had a big contract signed for pool remodel and deck extension. He sub contracted out and never finished let me hanging for 4 months. He is a fraud do not pay him a dime. I went to small claims court on him and he was a no show and the judge awarded me the judgment but he is no where to be found. BTW he uses my pool pictures on his website now Burleson Pools. I filed small claims damage of 9K which was the down payment on 20k project back in 2015. Look at the photos from 2015 this is how he left my property.
