This guy is absolutely horrible. He took forever to even start the job, would show up whenever he felt like it, would say he was coming and then never show up. He requires too much money to start the job (over half, when the usual is 10%) to be that way. He quit halfway through the project and left me with the place looking like a construction site and work half done. DO NOT HIRE, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE, unless you only want frustration and unprofessionalism.
