Adding a room with 2nd floor deck and an expanded basement walkout underneath. Delays due to weather and unexpected difficulty slowed the excavation. Pouring of the new retaining wall was badly planned and resulted in a poor product. Framing seemed to go well, but some workmanship would not pass the building inspection. Watson constantly asked for more money for progress that, in fact, was not justified. Money provided for windows and siding was never spent on those items. Watson seemed in constant conflict with his subs. Constantly missed meetings to discuss the issues. Would not return phone calls. Now we have a partially completed project missing windows and siding and that will not pass a building inspection.
