Dart Restoration

Dart Restoration (aka Dooley and his family) were referred to us from a friend who also used Dart on their restoration project. Our home suffered severe fire and water damage and needed a full gut job. We went against the advice of our adjuster and went with Dart. In the end, we're completely satisfied and our home is beautiful, however the journey had it's ups and downs.

Dart Restoration came recommended to us and we are forever grateful. The night of the fire we were bombarded with many people outside of our home and were unsure what to do, it was very overwhelming. But we are so thankful we had a company that listened and acknowledged all of our concerns. Our home was repaired and we were back home before we knew it. We are extremely pleased with how the whole process went. Thank you Dart Restoration!

I had a flood from my boiler room, which is adjacent to a carpeted gym. The expansion tank on my boiler had failed. I had NO CLUE that there was even a problem, until I had about 8 inches of water.
I called Dart for the problem. Within 30 min Thomas from Dart was not only at my home to assess the situation, But he immediately had his crew pump out the water to mitigate the damages. They turned off my boiler, pumped out the water and had several blowers and heaters set-up in the room.
I was going to place a claim with my insurance carrier. However, Dart had assured me that my deductible would out-way the bill for their services.
I HIGHLY recommend Dart Restoration for any/all water remediation issues.

This company takes ADVANTAGE of seniors!!! This company rebuilt my grandparents house a while back after their home was destroyed by a fire. This company took advantage that my grandfather was old and was still in shock and didn’t wait for family representation who can guide him. They knew DAMN well they needed to wait to speak to someone but they didn’t. They cut corners & did a crappy job not to mention they didn’t do the plumbing correctly and within months of moving back in the pipes burst, destroying the home once again. They were supposed to put back the home according to blueprints but they didn’t put back the features that were in many rooms of the house. Also the attic has a huge pipe running through it that never did & it takes away room for storage. To this date there are many problems with the house! I kept quiet all these years, but now that I live here and really seeing the issues, I can’t keep quiet!!

BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. Came to our house to do an “emergency gut job” after our basement flooded. The representative ensured he MUST be there when the insurance adjuster came to make sure he understood how much damage occurred. As it turns out the adjuster told HIM how much money we were owed, because that’s all our policy would pay regardless of insurance. He refused to give us an estimate prior to the work being done and just ensured us that insurance would cover it. Ultimately they billed us for THE ENTIRE INSURANCE COVERAGE (5K) for only gutting half a wall of sheet rock and mopping the floor. They obviously just wait to talk to the adjuster.. see how much you are getting from insurance.. and then bill you for that amount... regardless of what job they did. They also NEVER came to pick up garbage, we had to dispose ourselves. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. BEWARE!!!!

Dart Restoration Corp did a great job reconstructing our home. All of the work was done very professionally and clean. They very much paid attention to detail and our rooms came out beautiful. Rebecca was simply invaluable to us at every step of the way in helping with paperwork, picking appliances, flooring, kitchen cabinets etc. I highly recommend them. John and Ivy

An extension cord started a fire in home with husband, kids and I inside. it was the scariest thing I have ever experienced. DRC came right away to examine the property and perform emergency services. I only had to deal with one company that completed all the work. All my paperwork and documents were either burnt from the fire or wet from the fire hoes but Dart helped me with all my paper work to complete and file. Other people had me nervous with horror stories that happen to homeowners but mine was the complete opposite. Everything turned out great! Once completed it felt like a new home. The owner gave me so many different great ideas to customize my house. It took sometime but everything came out beautifully and definitely worth the wait.

Dart Restoration Corp. did a beautiful job on my home, got the work done quick I paid him and he did what had to get done. Dooley made my expierence as pleasent as it could be, he offered me so much and helped me and my kids get throught it all. My kids loved coming with me to come visit the home and see all the progress and the staff was always so kind and caring towards me and my family. Dooley made the process so easy from choosing paint colors and kitchen cabinets. Im so glad i found such a caring contractor.
