Had to use 1 star in order to get my question posted. I can't rate this company since I am trying to decide whether or not to do business with them. Does anyone know the connection between Majestic and Dream House Windows? I checked both companies out on the BBB site and the owners have the same last name. I was wondering whether to do business with Majestic since I am not sure of their connection and Dream House since Dream House went Chapter 11 in 2010 and Majestic is a fairly new company, and they both operate out of the same town. Dream House has a number of bad reviews. Any info is appreciated.

This is a very irresponsible, frustrating and and unreliable company!!! I have had the worst experience with them ever. They promised that everything will be done in the timely and professional matter, but that could not be further from the truth. We signed the contract in February 2014, I gave them the deposit (50% of the whole contract) in April 2014 and no work has been done in my house until December 31.2014. They did not even have the architect come out to do the drawings,and therefore did not even obtain the permits, Additionally they did not ordered any material (11 windows) even though they said they did. Every time I call them they are arrogant and incompetent, and either they say they'll call me back and never do or hang up on me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They were very on top of everything until they received the deposit. Now they had some other contractor come out to try to fulfill their contract. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!
