    Buyer beware. Signed a contract in September 2024 with a completion date of October 2024, put money down, and that was the last positive interaction that I had with this company and its owner.

    1 - Project was never completed. After having the initial start date pushed back because of sick workers, we missed the first deadline. And then the second, and then the third.

    2 - No communication. I was constantly having to reach out to find out where we were on the project and if there would be any progress. He would give short responses and say they'd be getting back to work within a certain timeframe, but would not communicate when/why deadlines were not met. I ALWAYS had to reach out to find out what was going on.

    3 - Owner lied. When asked about next steps and what the hold ups were, the owner gave every excuse in the book. Sick workers, bad pavers, other delayed projects, etc. The last phone call I had with the owner was in the middle of December. He said there were delays because workers were on vacation, but that they would start the project up again the first week of January. I received a letter in the beginning of January stating he had filed for bankruptcy.

    4 - Owner filed for bankruptcy. After weeks of chasing him and trying to be understanding with the delays (I have the text strings!), I received a letter from his bankruptcy lawyers saying I can no longer contact the company because they are in the process of filing bankruptcy. So not only did he do next to nothing on the project, he's now stealing the initial deposit (the little work that was done comes nowhere near to the funds he received).

    5 - Left the project in worse condition than when he started. Company/owner didn't even have the decency to clean up their mess. They ripped up my previously landscaped front yard in order to gain access to my backyard. They dug incomplete trenching through my side yard.

    6 - He made sure to gather anything of value off the project site. While I was at work, he sent workers to take away machinery and materials that were still usable. Wish I had locked the gates. I have filed a claim with ROC and looking into other options. Stay far away from this company!
