Dave 21

Dave came out to find a pipe leak in the foundation on December 16th ,2022. He instructed me leak was located 2ft in any direction from the bedroom doorway. IT WASN"T. A closet was dug up though the concrete- No Leak ,but pipe was located there. the 2 ft out the bedroom door is a tiled hallway and now damaged from hole dug though the concrete and tile broken- NO LEAK THERE. Called Dave back to locate the leak and tell him about the damages he caused from faulty information. Ruined the hallway for no reason as the leak was not located there. He returns and just says " Water is running everywhere, by the Laundry Room, Kitchen, Hall. so that's not Leak detection. I asked for a refund- He stormed out the door, won't answer his phone and won't own up to any mistakes that caused all these further damages to the house. Total unprofessional and not a leak detector at all. I hired another leak detector today 12/22/ 22. American Leak Detection found the leak within 1 ft location of the leak, The leak was 15 ft away from where Dave told us to dig. I want a full refund from DAVE 21 and reporting his license for fraudulent practices. DON"T USE THIS GUY IF YOU HAVE A LEAK !

Highly recommended. Dave 21 came out on a service call because I was getting excessive electrical bills from my Heat Pump. The service guy was incredibly knowledgeable and wouldn't give up until he figured the problem out. I saw immediate impacts from his work and he even called the next day to see how things were going. I've had a lot of bad experiences with heating and furnace techs before but Dave 21 proved to be honest and knowledgeable.
