Took my money, signed contract, promised everything and did not finish home improvement project. He was convicted of fraud in excess of $5000.

Look for Dave Haering in the Carroll County Court Records for Maryland. He has other convictions.

Dave likes to swindle people and claim ignorance before a judge.

Dave Hearing is NOT licensed MHIC Contractor or a carpenter.
