After a nightmare experience with a contractor we hired in July 2023, who left our block wall incomplete and full of issues, I was worried about finding someone who could actually fix the mess they left behind. It was a long, frustrating process that involved delays, unpaid subcontractors, and the contractor ultimately having their license canceled—leaving us with no recourse through the ROC.

Thankfully, we found Dave Limone, and he truly saved the day! Not only was he incredibly professional, but his pricing was fair, and his expertise was evident from the start. Dave has extensive experience (around 100 pools per year) right here in Sun City West/Sun City, which reassured us he knew exactly how to tackle the problems with our wall.

In just two days, Dave managed to fully repair the wall and bring it up to code for Maricopa County's inspection standards, so we could continue with our pool project without any issues. His work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Best contactor we've ever done business with. Truly a man of his word. We cannot put all the praises he and his crew deserve in one review. He did it all, from removing 20 oleanders, 2 palm trees and a Palo Verde tree to preparing and obtaining the permit needed from the county to construct nearly 400 feet of block fence -6 feet high. Competitively priced, he went above and beyond the bill of goods he sold us. Our job started and completed on schedule - working diligently every day.
