Horrible experience. Our room is unusable because the tile flooring is so uneven. He blames us - said we walked on it too soon. That is entirely untrue. No one stepped foot into the room until well after the time he said it would be ok to use it. He wouldn't even come look at it after we let him know we were not happy with how it turned out. We now have to pay someone else to rip it all up and start again. Sickening. Truly sickening.
