Unfortunately I wanted to like this company and give it 5 stars but I simply can't. When Dave came to hook up the electrical work around our pool, he hit the gas line that connects to our pool heater. They also hit an electrical wire. We made it clear to tell him ahead of time where the gas line was. When the plumber came to hook up the pool heater, they realized that the gas line was hit in multiple areas. When we reached out to Dave to tell him, he said he wasn't taking responsibility for it. Fortunately, the gas was not hooked up or we would have had a gas leak. Here's what's most upsetting. First and foremost, we used this "company" based on a referral. And I'm assuming as a small business that is how you get most, if not all of your customers. From one small business owner to another, when someone hands you a check for thousands of dollars, that's not how you treat your customers. If you make a mistake, you should make it right. It could have been a simple fix on Shelley's end. Clearly the line was cut by your company and we made it very clear as to show you where it was. It's just not how you treat people. Going and spending $200 more on a new gas line (after we just spend thousands on electrical work) is really not that big of a deal, however in this situation it's the principle. Such a bummer.
