  After 5 treatments for weeds and fertilization, my lawn is OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS. I was told it is because it has rained so much AND I NEED TO GIVE THE PRODUCT A CHANCE TO WORK. IT HAS BEEN TREATED SINCE JANUARY!. Back in early spring, our lawn was beautiful wit fescue grass. (thanks to aeration and seeding) prettiest lawn in neighborhood. Now it is a disaster. When I called, about two weeks ago, they were going to send our a technician to treat. Supposedly, they come in between regular calls free of charge--NO! I was told it was too close to the scheduled treatment. When I asked about why the technician did not sign and date the treatment card, the lady told me she didn't know he didn't because she cannot see the hang tag. Really? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  First two treatments went fine. Third treatment they came at a time I wasn't home and missed some spots especially under the trampoline (we had previously agreed to give me heads up before they come so I arrange to be home and move it for them since they don't move things). Called and asked for reservice: - Best if first stop in the morning - Need to call me ahead to be there Showed up 4 days later at 7:25AM unannounced, with no heads up, while I was engaged so I couldn't get to the door. Their tech. just left and did nothing. In addition, noticed brown spots in multiple areas, called and asked why wasn't I contacted ahead like we agreed and what's up with the brown spots. Someone pulled the phone from the receptionist and yelled, WE MADE YOU THE FIRST STOP OF THE DAY, IS THERE A PROBLEM? I said yes, and about to explain what happened again, but he just cut me off and yelled again FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO SERVICE YOUR LAWN. Called again then to reach their billing department and ask for a refund since the reservice wasn't done (breaching the agreement) and since I am left with damage in my lawn. The billing employee said YOU WASTED ENOUGH OF OUR TIME AND IT WAS THE OWNER WHO TALKED TO YOU EARLIER, AND HUNG UP as well.
