This contractor has nothing in common with any reputable Flooring contractor. Dave's Flooring just installed a floor in the livingroom and first of all Dave's delivered different flooring pattern than what was selected. What was provided is much darker than the mid-light Oak pattern that was chosen. When addressed with Joe - Dave's installer, he agreed that there are definately three different species of wood pattern mixed in the one room/floor. Joe did not address the issue with Dave when the floor went down. When the situation was brought to Dave'sattention, he refused to make it right by removing the odd species of flooring and installing the selected and matched species.
Dave NEVER came inside and laid eyes on the floor. He left the invoice, collected his money and ran like a coward!
I ended up with a floor that was not selected, much too dark for the home and we are completely miserable with the customer service and end result.
