While taking down a neighbors tree he accidentally dropped a large oak onto my property severely damaging a 20 year old pear tree and totally wiped out a 20 year old hosta garden. When confronted he immediately developed an unprofessional attitude and keeps giving excuses why he won't replace the tree.
