I've owned a pool for the last 13 years and taken care of it myself for most the time. About a year ago I switched to Daves pool service. He spends less than 15 mins a week at my house. When my automatic pool sweep died, he never once vacuumed it, barely even swept it down! If only my pump XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXed as hard as his lame excuses as to why my pool looked like crap. He charges me $100 a month to backwash my filter into my garden and leave a mess in my back yard. Since then i've switched to my 8yr old nephew to clean my pool, he does 10x better work, and cleans after himself. Oh and did i mention that he is unapproachable. I dare you to try and talk to him in the 15 mins a week that he spends at your house. You'll be thrilled with his gruff moans, looks of displeasure, and avoidance techniques. The customer service is on par with your average airline travel company. Save yourself the stress and money, go with anyone else or strap a skimmer to your dogs back and throw a ball into the pool. same effect.
