If you’re looking to hire “Dave” to do your work be prepared to deal with everyone BUT Dave. Most, if not all, communication is done through his wife. That is, until the job begins. Then, you will deal with whatever inexperienced laborers he can get for the right price. Pray you don’t need any follow up work after or you’re better off doing it yourself. The work itself is ok/good if you’re lucky and he has a good employee at the time but you’ll rarely have contact with him unless it’s during the estimate or collecting payment. I would steer clear
