    $99,000

    Had damaged formica tops and ceiling fans from oil and water based paint. Paint could not be removed with goof-off or other chemical. The metal on the fans were scratched. Had to get new formica tops and ceiling fans which cost me over 2600 dollars. Also, the sheetrock finish had crater holes, marks, and uneven texture. This will cost over 1200 dollars to repair. The other work in the house was done good. Would rate a 5 star but cannot because of the damaged items. Prep work to protect the house from this damage did not exist.
