    Todd poured concrete down an existing drain and now we have water everywhere. Todd is nowhere to be found. I am in awe that someone like this has a GC license. I can’t stress how i would pay double to anyone else over using this “contractor” again.

    I used Todd for a project that had an estimated time of 90-120 days. It took Todd around 8-9 months with multiple overages and he eventually left the job for me to finish contracting. If you can think of the absolute worst thing that can happen with a “builder,” then this is it. I can’t think of one thing that went right. He went quiet and won’t respond to emails, calls or text. A 3 year old is cheaper and will get the same results.

    My experience with Todd and his company was less than 1 star. Todd over promised and under delivered in ever aspect imaginable. From deadlines and dates (always late and behind). We were given one price and had bogus charges throughout without my consent. His communication was probably the worst. If you're looking to play hide and seek, Todd is your guy--- bet you wont find him.

    Todd's site plans, engineers, and the way that our customers are able to access our site is so poor. We found out after the fact that it was suggested to move the building and flow of traffic. Now we deal with cars not properly able to access our business that we sank nearly a million bucks into.

    If you're looking for a great experience and fantastic work, Todd is not your guy. Youll go over budget, he will under deliver, and chances are that he wont even complete the job---- like he did for us.
