    HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR

    I am not sure where to begin with this guy. I guess the most important aspect to list is that
    David Burke is NOT licensed and has been using someone else's license number fraudulently.
    A formal complaint has been filed with Texas Board of Licensing and Registration, and David burke is currently under investigation. The quality of David Burke's work is BEYOND subpar, its UNSATISFACTORY on many levels, and (in the case for the project I will be speaking about) his work FAILED city inspection on MANY LEVELS! David Burke delayed completion of work for several months on our project to charge additional time for labor.Then refused to complete the job for the final city inspection. The owner had to hire someone to complete the work that David Burke was initially paid to complete. When confronted David Burke admitted to abandoning the project for one that was more money!

    David Burke also has an extensive criminal history including several charges for bad checks and Cocaine possession. On a personal note this guy has one of the worse attitudes of anyone I have ever encountered. He is VERY RUDE .
