We have trusted only Mr. Baker for over 15 years to service our furnace. He is prompt, fair, trustworthy and kind. We have him come every year to service our aging boiler and we hope he's in business many more years!

Dave is the best in the business. Nothing like having a local guy who is not just a tech working for the head office. Dave is super knowledgeable, super helpful and always a phone call away! I called him on a Sunday evening to see if he had a starting capacitor for my AC unit. Not only did he call me back, but let me pick up the part AT HIS HOUSE and didn't try to SELL me on having it installed by him! He asked me a few questions to be sure it was what I needed. Once he was sure that the diagnosis warranted the part, he very graciously said I could stop by and pick it up! $20 and I was back in business on a Sunday night! This is not my first time using Dave and he has always been fair, reasonable and available at the worst times! I would recommend him every time! Thanks Dave!
