The job was to completely renovate two kitchens by gutting the existing cabinets and replace with very high quality cabinets and counter tops, sinks, facuets, etc. in a two family brownstone. In addition, two bathroom vanities were to be removed and replaced. We had a lot of complications on the job, none of which were related to the contractor, and David Cippaghila Construction, came up with constructive solutions and worked through the problems. This involved needing to meet trucks with deliveries even though they were not scheduled that day on our site and taking the initiative to fix problems related to the renovation not included in the contract, deal with defective materials, etc. David was easy to work with, accomodating and did great quality work. I would recommend him for any work without reservation.

I contracted with Dave Chippaghila Construction to make repairs to the load bearing walls of my detached garage that had significant water damage. David provided a detailed assessment of the work to be done, the materials necessary and the time and cost of labor. David's price was very fair and his work was of high quality, replacing all rotted wood, replacing the exterior seething and interior plasterboard. David's work was first rate. He is returning to finish work our porch and I have no doubt this work will be first rate as well. I would recommend David to others who need carpentry or similar work done.
