No, I would not recommend David. Just finished a bath remodel. Was to take a week and took 5 weeks. He would do demo, put in tub, then come back and take out tub, demo more wall. Did demo 3 times to get it right. Several areas I had to tell him not right and he would have someone come out and do it again. I was coming home out night and having to take out tiles that weren't right. Back splash was being put in with the backing showing at top. Luckily I was home and sanded it myself so it would look right.
Would tell me not coming Mon-Wed, would be there Thursday & Friday. Then would come Mon, Tues, Wed and not Thursday & Friday. Would come and do a tiny bit of work and be gone. I felt as if I lost all privacy for 5 weeks. He even opened a package sent to me. Felt totally violated.
In the end he wanted to add charges for additional work needed. I did not pay it. In the end job okay, but not without many problems and wouldn't be right if I didn't have things corrected time and time again
