    Master bathroom

    I’m just about finished with a total master bath remodel! Down to the studs and huge ugly tub situation gone! He and his crew are amazing! Everyone was very professional! I have not and will not hesitate to recommend David and his crew! Last one the list the shower glass! This has been a great experience!!

    Few months ago we bought 4 bedroom 2 bath fixer upper. Interviewed few contractors including David Dedia and decided to go with him due to his price, experience, knowledge and reviews. It was really easy to work with David and his team. They treated our home like their own. They finished total house renovation in 30 days, Which was unrealistic.

    Highly recommend!!

    David fully remodeled our main bathroom ( new walls and tiles with mosaics, floor tiles, plumbing, shower, double sink with big beautiful vanity, new tub and many other things ), kitchen floor. Everything was done beautifully with great quality and on-time. Our bathroom is the best part of the house now.

    770 sqft addition of 2 bedrooms and bathroom
    135 days

    TLG was hired to build a 770 sqft home addition to the existing single story 1200sqft home from the 1960s. Addition included new master bedroom, master bathroom, walking closet, smaller bedroom and several other closets.

    Approximate project outline: Remove 2 big trees, clear out the area, pour crawl space type of foundation, frame new addition and attach it to the old structure. replace the roof on existing house and install new roof. install windows, doors. Install siding and stucco. Install insulation, drywall, texture and paint. Tile the bathroom. In parallel electrical panel was upgraded to 200Amps. Sewer clean out was installed. Move HVAC location to attic with new gas line and install new high efficiency system.

    David, the owner of TLG, is a very responsible person. As with any big project there are always unexpected issues that come up - David always dealt with them in a professional and fair manner.

    Quality of work was great. All my comments regarding minor misses were taken care of and final payment was not requested until all the issues were closed.

    With regards to payments, they were subdivided based on specific jobs and percentage completion. Payments were made after certain portion of a specific job was completed.

    Overall, I was very happy with work quality, professional attitude and I highly recommend TLG.
