We hired David for a home renovation project and couldn’t be happier with the results. Without using an architect, he brought his own vision and expertise to the table—helping us with layout, flow, and even the landscaping. David and his team were amazing! They saved us when we had a terrible kitchen leak. His team gut renovated our entire kitchen space. Removing all mold! Loved all his subs. Working with David was easy and you can tell he was very knowledgeable about his work. It’s been over a year and I still reach out for questions and David is always available to help out or give advice.

David worked on our house in 2 phases - one to reconstruct the entire outside (siding, doors, windows and trim) and the other phase included a kitchen remodel, ceiling vaulting, mudroom redesign, laundry room buildout and basement remodel. David managed both phases of our renovation very efficiently, stuck to cost estimates very closely, lined up all the work and materials well ahead to minimize delays, ensured the work was high quality and aesthetically pleasing. He took most of the headaches of construction off our plate, and was honest and always responsive.

David was excellent on all facets of an extensive, complicated large basement buildout for our Weston CT home. I have worked with many contractors professionally and for personal home and found David to be among the most pragmatic, transparent and client-focused. No job runs perfectly but David was always straight with us about the options and costs-benefits. Overall a great experience and beautiful results. We would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

David Development was excellent to work with from the day we had our first meeting to the last day on the job. We met with a variety of contractors prior to signing with David Development. This company rose above all others with transparency in pricing, clear layout of timeline, excellent and timely communication and thoughtfulness of how to accommodate our family living in the house while the project was completed. Once the project began David Development showed amazing attention to detail, excellent quality of work and helped us make a variety of decisions. Our kitchen, first floor and upstairs laundry room renovation is beautiful. The end result exceeded our expectations and brought all of our Pinterest ideas to life! We have already recommended David Development to multiple friends.

David and his crew did a phenomenal job with our remodel. We broke up redoing our kitchen, master bath, and updates to several other rooms and the exterior of the house over the past two years. The work is gorgeous. He's responsive, has attention to detail, and follows up with solutions in the inevitable scenarios when issues come up. I also really appreciate that he's transparent with pricing, and always happy to talk through multiple options. On several occasions he's proactively flagged opportunities for us to spend less for results that were still of the highest quality and in the style we wanted.

David managed the build of our garage from soup to nuts, 10/10 service, communication and management all the way through. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
