1 STAR, THIS BUILDER DID AN ADDITION FOR US, BOTHCHED THE ROOF, IT NEEDED REPLACED. TOOK HIM TO CIVIL COURT AND WON THE DECISION, HE DIDN'T APPEAL THE DECISION, AND ALSO HASN'T PAID THE AMOUNT WON IN COURT. SUBMITTED A WRIT OF EXECUTION ON HIM, WHEN THE SHERRIFFS OFFFICE WENT OUT TO HIS RESIDENCE, HE DEINIED ACCESS. HE ALSO CALLED ME THE NIGHT OF THE SHERRIFFS DEPT. GOING OUT TO HIS PLACE OF RESIDENCE, AND PLEADED WITH ME TO DROP THIS. HE WAS OUT OF MONEY, BARELY COULD PAY HIS RENT OR UTILITIES. HE DIDN'T WANT ANY "HEIRLOOMS" TAKEN FROM HIM. WELL I HAD TO PAY OUT EXTRA TO HAVE HIS ROOF TOTALLY REMOVED, AND A NEW ONE INSTALLED PROPERLY. HIS TIME ESTIMATE TO DO OUR ADDITION WAS APPROX. 4 MONTHS, ACTUALLY WAS A LITTLE OVER 6 MOS. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR EVER AGAIN. HE SAID HE VALUES HIS REPUTATION, BUT IT MUST NOT BE WORTH MORE THAN THE FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS HE OWES ME... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND FRUSTRATION, CHECK YOUR CONTRACTOR ON THE ATTORNEY GENERALS WEBSITE. ACCORDING TO THIS HIS PA LICENSE EXPIRED AS OF 7-1-2011, YET ALL OF OUR WORK WAS PERFORMED IN 2012, WHICH BY THE WAY IS WHEN HE GAVE US HIS BUSINESS CARD WITH THE CONTRACTOR NUMBER ON IT. TOTALLY FRAUDULENT, AND DECEIVING, WHICH THE JUDGE SAW RIGHT THROUGH HIM.
