Certified as part of our appraisal for our home purchase that all outlets were in good working order. Upon our move-in we discovered 4 broken outlets and 2 light switches that were non-functional. David could provide no explanation for how this happened, no offer to make it right, and blamed the construction of the house despite having inspected it himself and signed off on it. UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNPROFESSIONAL, SHODDY WORK!
