    David Barrett Homes is my favorite builder.
    Fifty years as a self employed woodworker, I do custom finish work on fine homes. David's nephew Joesph is the construction supervisor. With dozens of homes under his belt, Joseph is an intelligent, hands on supervisor.
    I know a well built house when I see one. Barrett Homes are well built and will hold their value.
