Dave build a pole barn 2019 to 2020 and it turned to be in quite unsafe project it was damaged, his concrete was very poor and cracked and peeling and un-square Walls and Buildings was unsquare, he left a lot of screws and nails out of all of the sheeting, he damage the roof and it leaked in several spots, he left the project for days sometimes weeks on end he never called back we finally had to let him go he is a poor very poor Contractor please avoid and is involved in several lawsuits as well
