Hired this builder to put together a log kit 800 square feet. The project started off good with the addition being under roof in 10 days. Then we were told he had to leave and would be back in 2 weeks. He did not come back for almost 4 months. When he did come back, it was only because i threatened to sue him. It was a nightmare, including a 900 dollar electric bill because the add on was not closed in completely. If you hire this contractor , make sure you get a contract with a completion date otherwise he will have every excuse under the sun why he is being delayed.
