Our experience working with Dave to dramatically transform our home during the past year was outstanding. His passion for delivering quality work is exceptional. He ensured that each step of our complex project was well planned and coordinated while using quality materials and subcontractors throughout the project. He continuously kept us informed and shared progress pictures regularly since we were off cape for most of the project. In 2019 I decided renovations to a 30+year old sun room constructed on a deck were overdue. I had put the project off for several years out of concerns about contractors. I contacted Dave, he was prompt and through with his recommendations. It required a major overhaul including foundation, roof, studs, windows, doors, siding ,and trim. The work was done on time, on budget, with top workmanship. I have complete trust in Dave's work and would hire him for future projects.

We had an excellent experience working with Dave Normandy, He built our Cape Cod house in 2015. We were pleasantly surprised with Dave right from the start--when he saw our plan, he made suggestions to the kitchen design that helped with the flow. When the foundation was poured, he made suggestions on ways to improve the foundation to reduce future water problems. He always focused on using the best materials on the exterior to reduce maintenance. And when he recommended the interior trim. he was very particular to choose a style that enhanced the overall look of the house. And all along the way, he was timely, clean, honest, humble and overall, a great guy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Dave Normandy for our Cape Cod builder
