    Addition to house and pool
    $40,000

    All the dangers of untrustworthy construction. We had a contract for 5 weeks' worth of work. One year later, $20K was spent on a 30 foot long 6 foot deep hole in our backyard that needs to be backfilled and a pool kit that must be thrown away. Another $20K went to an addition to the house that was not permitted or completed to code- even after assurance of permits. Our new roof leaked and needs to be replaced, and the damage to the interior of the house has not been fixed. David now refuses to respond to any of our communication.
