David Segall sold me a new house with a one year warranty but is not to be found when it comes to fix the issues. I been waiting for two month for him to fix my floor and the exterior lights. Always have the same excuses or is out of town or he is waiting on sub contractors. I will recommend that you dont sign any papers until he does the job or you would not see him again.

David Segall was very helpful until the house closed, then he disappeared and stopped answering phone calls and texts. He has yet to do any of the due outs that were on the closing paperwork.

Mr. Segall constructed my home in Enterprise AL. Not only is this house beautiful, but well constructed. David spent a lot of "one on one" time with us. We never had to deal with an employee or super. I would recomend him to anyone.

We negotiated a two year home builder warranty in the contract; I've been hounding him for close to a year now, to perform the repairs, and it's near impossible to get him to follow through. I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone... I plan to take him to court if he fails to follow through with things.
