Horrible experience! Sent my down payment of 50% to Kline Awning and then never received a call to set up a date. I called 4 times over a period of 7 weeks to get a date for my awning repair. The people in the office kept telling me that they had informed the Owner of my calls, and that he would get back to me with a date. I told them that the next time i called, it would be to cancel the order. They assured me that the Owner would call me. After waiting another 2 weeks, I gave up and requested my money back. At least they were able to do that! I never received a call from the owner. How does a company like this stay in business with such awful customer service?
