The above review by Fred Dash of Pittsburgh, PA is a totally fabricated lie; David Land has never worked for anyone in Pittsburgh, nor does he have a customer by the name of Fred Dash. David Land is a very professional business owner. He installed a Triangle Tube boiler in my house, which included a built in hot water heater, and the whole entire job was excellent. My gas bill dropped by over 50% and I have never once had to call him back to fix anything as everything was done properly in the first place.

Dave installed a top of the line water softener, filter and reactor in my home march 2011. After becoming fed up with scraping white build up off my plumbing fixtures I discovered it was calcium and had a water sample tested april 2013. The results were worse than the untreated well w)ater. Hardness treated 16.37gpg. Untreated hardness 15.90. Manganese treated 0.08. Above 0.05 will stain clothes (I have thrown many whites away) and plumbing fixtures. My newly reglazed tub after installation was exposed for two years. My friend who is not a licensed plumber read and learned to many elbows and a tee in the drain lines were inappropriate. Dave land discarded the elbows that were supplied with the kit so he could use pex for the cycle drain pipe. To many elbows and a tee. Were removed, replaced. With the correct repurchased elbows and correct flexable tubing. There was another major issue corrected that I won't devuldge. I am not daves teacher. The latest water sample 5/2/2013. Hardness 0.23, manganese 0.00. His customer complained her hot water to the kitchen sink took very long to heat up. His response was turn up the hot water tank. My friend shortened the line by 12 feet and reduced the pipe size from 3/4inch to 1/2 inch. Hot water reaches sink now in now time at all. This also fixed the spurts of air that rattled the spicket every morning. Dave also installed a two stage furnace in the home. He called 1 1/2 years later (two winters).
