I had my roof installed by Davis Lewis roofing after hurricane Michael. The salesperson assured me if Ihad it done any issues that arise would be taking care of. Now when I have a leak around the chimney most likely caulking issue David Lewis representative says all warranties in Bay County are voided based on 60 mph wind storms that have occurred. This company offers a 4 plus years warranty on the work but is aware that Florida will have winds that will void all warranties therefore not giving them any obligations of repairs. So you pay full price for a roof without any warranty that will result in a short time. Please do not go with this company as they will get full price for the roofing job but get out of any repairs based on work issues.
