Claims estimates are "turn-key." I spent close to $50,000 remodeling my South Tampa home with this contractor. The original estimates would have put the cost of the remodel at around $30,000. Project took several weeks longer to complete than anticipated, in part because I was never given a list of things the contractor would need to complete the job and these requests came from him piece mail, requiring me to make dozens of trips to various suppliers. Other delays were due to contractor's suppliers not having the supplies he needed when he needed them. To top it all off, contractor skipped town leaving many loose ends without telling me. As if this wasn't bad enough, he didn't return any of my phone calls. To his credit he did not charge me for any work he didn't do, but he did leave behind several hundred dollars worth of unused tiles, flooring, and other supplies for which I had already paid him. This, despite his assurance that any unused supplies would be credited back to me. Work itself was decent. Overall, not someone I would recommend.
