We first met David Martin when he did some repairs to leaks in our roof following the purchase of our home. We were really impressed with the prompt service at that time. We later found out that our roof was nearing the end of its life span. Now a couple of years after his first visit to our home we were ready to tackle the new roofing project. We decided to use David Martin and Sons Roofing and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service, attention to detail and quality of work! David and his wife Jennifer drove us around Colleyville for an entire afternoon to help us decide on the color and aesthetic details of our new roof. On this drive, it became very evident of the level of service we would receive. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the materials and were able to show us so many options and examples of their completed work. We were given samples to bring home so we could visualize and help us to decide. They especially knew about recent trends in materials and colors not only in the roofing material but venting and gutters as well. They made a recommendation for black shingles with oil bronzed gutters, and we took their advice and we love the final product. Our house looks so much more updated with this recommendation. They really possess a great vision for what the final product should look like from start to finish. Once we picked the materials we met with them to go over the logistics and after that meeting we were able to sit back while they handled absolutely everything. Weeks later we had a brand new beautiful roof. There were other items that were part of our insurance claims as well including outside door replacements, damaged screens etc. They coordinated everything to help us with our options and get everything fixed. They scheduled painters to get our garage doors and outdoor lighting painted to complement our new roof. Again, this work was performed with their highly skilled subcontractors. We didn’t have to lift a finger. David and Jennifer handled everything with the insurance claim and made it a completely painless process. The curb appeal of our home has improved greatly! We are so delighted every time we pull in our driveway. David and Jennifer really took care of us!

The David Martin & Son, Roofing organization is thoroughly experienced in the selection of competent subcontractors and demonstrated excellent skills in scheduling and managing the necessary subcontrators. The Martins made constructive recommendations regarding additional soffit air intakes and extended vents at the roof ridge.

Now that the repair work is complete, I can attest to the Martin Roofing’s excellent workmanship, attention to detail and overall coordination and project management to ensure the best long-term performance.

My house was badly damaged by the huge hail storm in the spring of 2017. The morning after the storm we walked outside and just knew we were going to suffer a huge financial loss with the damage to the roof alone, we were starting an uphill climb and as new homeowners who had never dealt with issues of this magnitude we were terrified of what was to come. That's when we found David Martin and Son Roofing. David made himself available to our busy schedule and was flexible with the time we had to meet, which considering the amount of damage in the area and how busy he must have been at the time had to have been a feat in itself. He was so helpful through the process and making sure everything was explained in detail of what he and his team were going to do. He helped us make informed decisions on the products and colors we wanted and which would look the best with our brick, and on top of it they have a 5 year labor warranty if anything were to go wrong. After the decisions of product were made, the process was very quick and efficient. Jennifer took care if ALL of anything to do with the insurance side, which was such a relief to us because who wants to handle insurance issues? No one. But she is a miracle worker. Our roof was finished quickly, it was brought up to code with beautiful high quality materials and we now have the most beautiful roof/vents/flashing AND gutters in the neighborhood. They look so great we decided to paint our house to compliment the new beauty on top! With David Martin and Son Roofing something we thought was a total disaster we would never recover from turned in to be the biggest blessing in disguise we could imagine. I would never dream of going with any other roofing company, David Martin and Son IS the best you can get.

David Martin and Son Roofing is one of the most professional and respectable businesses around. They are committed to very high standards across all fronts of their business: installation (install materials and work product), employees, marketing, inspection, and customer service. His employees were efficient, clean and respectful of our property. David and Jennifer are some of the most friendly and honest people you will meet and they make the roof install a pleasant and enjoyable one. From the first time we met David and Jennifer, we knew we would be in good hands. David's motto is that he tries to make his next roof better than the last. Our roof turned out exceptionally well and we couldn't be more pleased. I have to say that we very impressed with the other roofs he has done in our neighborhood as well and he lives up to his word. To be honest, I find my self looking at my roof every time we pull into our driveway with that feeling of pride and reassurance (his roofs are a very clean and nice looking design) whereas I never really took notice of our roof before it was replaced. David has a very keen eye for attention to detail and design. Any questions I had he answered and let me feeling confident. Really, this is one of the best customer service businesses around and one of the most professional I have dealt with. We have had a very positive experience with David Martin and Son Roofing and couldn't be happier with the roof they installed for us. We have recommended them to other friends and would encourage anyone else to see their product when selecting a roof.

David Martin and Son Roofing The following is a summary of my recent experience with David and Martin and Son roofing company: My roofing problem began in October 2013. Having been recently hit again by a hail storm, I was worried that our roof deteriorating fast and on the edge of becoming a problem. In early January of 2014, I received my first notice from my carrier that their people could only find minor damage to the tin stacks on my roof and said the repair cost was less than the deductible, therefore denied my claim. I rejected their response and set about finding a reputable roofing company from my neighbors to get differing view of my roof situation. David Martin and Son was the overwhelming roofer of choice. David came out to personally inspect my roof. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk to. There was never pressure to replace the roofing. He gave me insights on how carriers can sometimes reject claims for any reason they could devise. Through David’s guidance I became well educated and set about getting a comprehensive roof inspection. The independent findings report and photos from David were quite the opposite from that of the carrier. Simply put the roof had received multiple hail damage hits and exceeded the required carrier threshold for claim. The carrier countered with another inspection by two engineers resulting in a claim rejection again on the basis of a faulty engineers report. Finally the only recourse was through arbitration to which I finally was able to get the carrier to acquiesce. In large part David’s business knowledge and wisdom is accountable for making the carrier come to terms with real issues I could not have done it without him. There are three things that are most important when replacing a roof; the first is finding a good solid roofer who’s business knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction is paramount. Equally important, is cost, the quality of his crew and materiel used, their workmanship, speed, job knowledge and responsiveness to job issues or problems (There were really none). From roof replacement process guidance ,materiel selection, workmanship and cooperation to just plain helpful and easy to work with David’s company, the on-site workers and his wife Jennifer are all commended.
