  hired this dirt-bag in February on a 30,000 dollar job -- he completed only half and demanded all monies up front or he will not continue work -- after months of delays for every excuse in the book -- from sick to girlfriend problems to sick mother, vacation etc etc , i need inspections by city so i paid him ( big mistake)
  and when inspector showed , mr oross failed over and over -- he then demanded even more money to redo the work he screwed up on and STILL DID NOT DO 30 % signed contracted work --
  i took him to court today and won $3,000 reward -- but now i see he is not even at listed locations -- if any one knows where this weasel is please reach out to me ([email protected] )
  dont use him -- he will become your nightmare --

  Just like the above review, the first time he installed my front door, everything seems to be okay but is problem is that he feels that he is a perfectionist. After he installed the doors in December, In January he agreed to fix the gutter in my house, I gave him an upfront deposit for the repair, and he even left his ladders on my premises with the assurance that he will come to repair the gutters.

  Since January when you call him, he always give excuses how busy he has been and that he will come to fix the gutters but without him showing up. It was later that I realized that he came to my property to pick up his ladders without him even telling me and when I called him, he promise that when the weather gets better he will come to fix the gutters.

  We are already in June and this low life person has not come to fix the gutters I later demanded from him to return the deposit that I gave him but he never show up to return my money and he does not answer my phone calls either. No matter how small my deposit is, I am taking him to small claim court and I will also report him to better business bureau. Please be careful from doing business with this person, he is a con person.

  Don't hire David Oross

  Seemed like a nice guy at first but turned out to be a con artist. After agreeing to "extras" and hearing repeatedly I should've "read my contract" 2 weeks into a 3 week job all I got was minimal substandard work and a $3000 lost deposit. David will not even answer calls/texts, his "office" on lake st in edison is not even real. DO NOT HIRE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A CONTRACTOR!
