I actually lived one house up from David a long time ago. When my parents moved in, theirs was the last house on the street. As I remember it, David rolled in one day, probably mid- to late-70s, and started throwing up all kinds of Cape Codders and Postmodernist houses, all of which became stomping grounds for a wonderful community of good neighbors–David himself included!
