Contracted with David Wolff to construct a mud room.
He started the project, but never finished. The workmanship was very poor -- the brick mason was inexperienced which is very apparent, He himself installed a storm door that NEVER worked correctly, He totally lost control of the project and finally disappeared -- never answering his phone, returning calls, or answering emails.
