I was unfortunately a customer by force, Mr. Reed may have all the license that are required BUT he is not doing the work. He doesn't even supervise the workers. The end product is by no means satisfactory . The workers do not speak English nor do they respect property. The work was sub-par many corners were cut as well as the lack of safety standards, overall a complete disaster. I'm fairly certain that if INS. We're to do a raid, then the project would have to shutdown, the tennents bill of rights is desperately needed in Arkansas
