Eek, I think not. Flakey. He said he would come by at 5pm to get a "deposit" upfront from me. (for a job that he said he would do Monday) He didn't come by but had me go buy the supplies before the hardware store closes. I did. Then he once again never showed up on Monday like he said. So I called somebody else because these tenants had been out of power a week waiting for him.
