    We hired Dave Savin to do all of the plumbing for our whole-house remodel and we now have a leak coming from an upstairs' bathroom. We tried to contact Dave to come take a look and he won't even return our calls / emails. We have to report him to the CSLB and chase him down that way. Unbelievable that this guy would ignore us after we paid him in full to do all of the work.

    My water heater went out. I called Dave who came over the same day, verified my water heater needed to be replaced and ordered the new water heater. The next day it was delivered and he was done and gone before noon. The water heater works perfectly. Very fast and quality work. He even replaced a couple of copper fittings that were old and failing for free.

    I've had to hire a few plumbing contractors over my years of living in Napa. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work...that is until I met David. He was a referral from a close friend of mine. He returned my call promptly and showed up as scheduled. His interest in explaining the situation to me and also in doing some 'extra' fine tuning was greatly appreciated. Fair pricing, great quality of service...what more could I ask for.
